Well another fun day with all our cousins...this time LAGOON!! Grandma Gaylene was nice enough to get us tickets to go to Lagoon, and knowing that we would not get away with not going this year with Logan, we packed up (what it feels like anyway) and put our sunscreen on and headed out! Here is Rya and Makinlee in the boats. We started with those because last year we started with the egg drop and everyone was a little scared to go on the rides after that...starting off with the nice easy boats was a much better idea!

The cars, those always seemed so much cooler when we were little, but I guess that means they must be fun for them now!

The bumper cars, Logan was so excited to do these after going to the demolition derby over the 4th of July so that she could "crash" into cars!

OK, this was hilarious!!! Logan was all stoked to go no the "Terror Ride" and convinced everyone else to go and then she was the only one coming out of it crying. Here are a few pictures that Kurt took while on the ride.

We took Karsyn on the merry-go-round a few times because she loved it so much. Here is Grandma Lindee taking her because I get sick just watching.

Hailey and Cassidy! We had so much fun at Lagoon this year and I am so glad that we could spend the time with Lacey and the kids and the rest of the fam too!
We started off the day by going to the Ogden parade. I just have to say that I am not a big parade fan but thought that Logan would really like to go with Elliott and Rya and also to get a bunch of candy. Little did we know that they can't throw candy now at the Ogden parade...sucky!
I think it would be fun to watch if you actually knew who people were, at least SOMEONE in the parade because we knew NOBODY! These horses were soooo cool though!

Now for the fun part of the night! We went over to my sister and brother in law's house in South Weber. You can tell in this picture that it is just a little windy!
We let the kids do some sparklers before the "Big Show" that the boys put on for us!

Rya and Makinlee, the best of buddies! They were so funny to watch the whole time they were in town because they were either the best friends or fighting and hitting each other. While the fireworks show they were hugging the whole time, I think because they were both very scared!

OK Gen you are a dork. Here is me and my bestest friends...my sisters! After Kurt and Clay managed to do everything but kill us all with their firework show, we started to get a little bored so we took some fun pictures!

We had the best 24th of July this year and we were so lucky that Lacey and the girls could be here with us. We BBQ'd hamburgers and hot dogs and then once it got dark Clay and Kurt put on a show. Not only did we have the wind, but Clay may have had a few "not legal" fireworks that he picked up "somewhere"! One that he would do would start on the ground and then the wind would send it flying in the air, almost hitting everything from the neighbors houses and even my poor Grandma that figured by the time she got up and ran away, the firework would be out. Luckily Clay ran over and stomped on the firework flying off under her chair...scary! Nothing more fun than spending time with family on a holiday! Love you guys!
