Cousins in town =lots of fun and lots of blogging!

You know when my sister and her family are in town we cram as much fun into the time they are here as humanly possible! This time was no different so it was a good thing we had about 2 weeks this time!!!
We headed over to the Ice Sheet and took the kids ice skating. Here's the fam!
Karsyn and Kennedy, a totally new experience for them! They look dang cute though!
Me and Logan. Let's just say, I don't think ice skating is really Logan's "thing"! She is not our most graceful child but she had fun!
Kennedy givin it a whirl! We didn't think they would even be able to get on the ice because of their size 2 feet, but both girls were able to "fit" into skates and give it a try!
Aunt G and Logan
Logan was pooped after only a few times around the rink and we had to convince her to get back out there and try again. Karysn was D-O-N-E! Ice skating was no fun for her, she is too big of a chicken! I love it that Kennedy is so fearless and Karsyn is such a little chicken.
Logan and Kurt
Lace and Elliott, who BTW was an excellent ice skater!
Rya and Lance. She needed a little help too!
I didn't get many pictures of the Pitcher crew but here is Clay and Big Boy...Wyatt!
It was crazy busy that day because it was President's Day!
Karsyn content to sit and watch and climb all over the bleachers!
Clay.......Mom and Kennedy!

Bitter Sweet...but mostly SWEET!!!

We are pretty much on cloud 9 here at the Lindsay house!!!
Many of you know already that all Kurt's hard work and patience has finally paid off!!! One year ago this week we moved out of our (1st) home that we had built together, started a family in, and had many many ups and downs in. We knew Kurt's job at Ralph Wadsworth was coming to an end, if you can even say it started...we won't go there because this is a HAPPY post! As unfortunate as we thought the situation was, we are the luckiest people in the world and have the best families anyone could ask for. We loaded all our "stuff" into a storage unit except for a few necessities like clothes, bathroom stuff, and the girls bed (you know basics haha) and headed to Kurt's parents house in Pleasant View. Again, I can't believe his parents could be so amazing and a little crazy to let us take over their nice, new, clean, untouched by kids basement. At the time we didn't know how long it would be, I am pretty sure we didn't expect this long...but non the less, about 11 months after his official last day of work, here we are!
Kurt started his new job after countless interviews, and even more applications and referrals (thanks to everyone) today at MC Greene (or Green) I am not sure but I guess I better find out! lol! He is going to be doing sales and estimating, which is right down his ally! We are super excited for this new chapter in our lives and hope for our sake, and the sake of all those we have burdened over the last year, that we can get settled in fast and once we have saved some money, get into a new house again.
I am so proud of Kurt and all his hard work. I know it has not come without a TON of stress, many many sleepless nights, and a pretty naggy wife. I love you so much Kurt and I am so excited to be able to see you mostly now just on nights and weekends haha! No I am kidding, it is going to be really hard to get used to not having you around! The first thing Kennedy said when she woke up this morning and came out to the family room was..."dada".(and same with Logan) I was proud to tell her that you were at WORK!!! I love ya, good luck, and we are behind you 100%!

Hardware Ranch

We headed up to Hardware Ranch on Saturday to spend a little time together as a family and get out of the house! The kids absolutely loved it and thought it was so fun going on the wagon ride and seeing the "horses", I mean the elk.
Our little fam after the ride.
Logan pretending to smile for the camera!

Kennedy sitting with Grandpa Chuck...lovin every minute of it!

Karsyn with Grandma Laurie. She is the one who kept calling all the elk "horses" haha!

Me and my awesome Mom!
Pointing at the horse

Me and my baby Kennedy!

Daddy and Karsyn

After the wagon ride around we headed up to the information building thingy...Karsyn drove us there.

The girls just love holding Logan's hand and walking like big girls!

Karsyn and the "mean" kitty

Kennedy did NOT love this guy. She did not want to get too close and I can't say I blame her.

I have no idea why it looks like I am getting all lovey with this creature, because I AM NOT. It totally looks like I am laying my head on it but believe me, it has to be the lighting.

Playing in the footsteps with Grandma Lindee

Yuck is all I can say about this picture

I wonder if I will EVER get a good picture with all three girls looking.

She will sit by herself and pose I guess! We had so much fun at Hardware Ranch and I am glad to be able to show the girls a little bit of nature and the outdoors!!

Treehouse Museum!

Logan got to go to The Treehouse Museum for her next field trip for preschool and got to bring her sisters and cousins Makinlee and Wyatt along with her! Here she is with her class and her teacher's other class, and some of their friends!

This is a fuzzy picture but I had to throw it in there because I thought it was so cute of Kinlee and Logan. Logan said, " Mom, I kept telling Kinlee not to be scared and that she could hold onto me if she wanted to"...I guess she did! haha! So cute!
Wyatt, Karsyn and Kennedy in the school room drawing on the chalkboards!
Karsyn and her crazy crooked "cheese" that she has been doing lately!
Kennedy checking out the checker board...too bad she can barely reach!
Karsyn in the music room! This is always one of the kids favorites!

Logan and Kinlee on the king's thrown!
Kennedy going through the tunnel
And Karsyn and Wyatt playing with the trains
Giddy-up Logan! The horses were really fun for the little girls for a minute and then they decided they were not that cool since they didn't move. As we all know, the girls need a horse that can buck them off like the one at home!
Cowgirl Karsyn!
Logan really wanted her picture by this because she was excited that it matched her shirt! I think she is starting to act a little like me and my Mom, always wanting to take pictures by everything! oops!

Good bye January!!!

I must say that January is NOT my favorite month...After all the chaos of December, everything just comes to a screeching hault!!! BORING!!! Despite being pretty boring, we did find a few things to pass the time, but I am so glad that we are now officially in February!!!
My three gals just posing for a few pictures before we go to McDonald's for a little lunch play day with friends!!!
Kurt and I went to see Avatar in 3D on Saturday with his Mom and sister! It was fun, I have never been to a 3D movie in the theater!!! It was a good movie, and 3 hours of freedom from the kiddos!
While this may not look very fun to most of you, Kennedy thinks it is the greatest thing on the planet these days. She will sit and buckle it up and then scream for you to come unbuckle it so that she can do it again! This gets pretty old because it only takes her a few seconds to buckle it. It is fun to see her concentrating so hard though!
Now onto the next one! It really gets interesting when Karsyn gets in on it too, and they fight over each others!
While Kennedy is busy with her buckles, Karsyn is usually busy taking off and putting on her pants, or in this case, Logan's pants! She is obsessed with taking her pants off and attempting to put them back on! These girls are so funny!!!
