This year since the 4th of July was on a Sunday, we (here in Utah) celebrated for 3 days! We went down to our good friend's condo in St. George for the weekend!
We got to do lots of swimming in the pool, good thing because it was about 100 degrees outside! Here is cute Kennedy in her water wings that cover her whole arm.
Logan is such a little fish and is learning to float on her back, she loves to practice!
Mommy and Karsyn. For some reason every time we went to the pool the twins had to be right with me, they wouldn't swim with anyone and just wanted me to sit with them on the side...boring for me but oh well!
The broke away a few times that first day and got in the little boat together, as long as I was right there close anyway!
I had to take a picture of these tuckered out girls. With all the sleep "issues" we have been having, they all 3 took a nap one of the first days we were there, it was heavenly...for us!
There was a fun little playground right outside the condo that the girls had fun playing on and in the sand!

The girls and Maddie, I see they got into the bows at some point during the day and still have them in.
Cutie Wyatt! Why can I always get cute pictures of everyone else's kids but not mine???
We bought ice cream and cones to put it in for the kids, and us! We didn't take our shirts off to eat ours though!
Yummy Kennedy!
From the girls faces in this one, I can assume they don't need to go to another parade! We made it to the last little bit of the St George parade and the girls got just enough candy to be satisfied, not too much though for us!
After the parade we all went over to the carnival thing they had with rides and the park and shopping! Karsyn is so into putting her shoes on "herself" I just had to get a picture of her working so hard on doing it!
Maddie and Makinlee swinging on the bar before going down the slide!
Logan going down the big slide!
Can't have a carnival without face painting! Logan wanted flowers!
Makinlee wanted a rainbow!
Wyatt and the twins didn't get one but they got a balloon instead. Somehow Kennedy got hers off her wrist and within minutes it was up in the sky..."bye bye bayoon"!
Logan's final product! Pretty cute!
More swimming
We did a few fireworks before heading back over to the park to watch the real ones. Karsyn holding her first sparkler.
And Kennedy. It was lit at one point! haha!
Logan and her firework!
The Fowler's! It was so nice of them to invite us to their condo!
This picture was so funny! Logan loves taking pictures on our camera and this was her first one...she didn't quite get how it worked, held it backwards and took a picture of her eye! It was supposed to be of this...
second time is a charm! Me and my awesome hubby! Muah!
Wyatt and his sweet shades that he found and decided to wear!
After our sparklers and "other various, really exciting fireworks", we went back to the park in town and watched the big fireworks! Karsyn waiting for them to start in her jammies!
Another product of Logan's picture taking ability! Nice Christian, nice!
Another one from Logan's collection...this one actually is nice though! yummy yummy!
Once the fireworks started both girls were, where else, but right on my lap! Kennedy closed her eyes for part of it but then they both ended up liking them! We had so much fun for the 4th this year filled with lots of sun, water, friends, naps, and I hardly ever put make up on and did my hair...doesn't get any better than that!
